hk_rockersacademy, by {HK}Rocker inaworldoftwits@gmail.com 9-18-10 WARNING: this is a LARGE MAP designed for 12+ players per side! I designed the map to push the scale to the limits of the HL1/DoD engine without creating performance issues, while encouraging TEAM-ORIENTED game-play- as opposed to a frag-fest. There is a smaller,mid-sized, map version called hk_academy, suitable for 6 VS 6+ game-play. There are (6) sixcapture locations: 4 outside, which are single person caps, and two inside, which are two-person flag capture points (twice the points, too), located in the lecture hall and the dining hall. You will find a large cache of grenades located in the room below the meeting room (and above the lobby) on the second floor. NOTE: you can shoot through glass, but it is not breakable! Even though Rocker's Academy is a large map it is not set-up to be a sniper-dominant map, although at first-glance it may appear so. Consequently, the teams are limited to ONE SNIPER for each team. All excellent sniper positions can be flanked, as well. What's more, most of the team-oriented fighting should occur within the Academy building. A special thanks to {HK}3M for all the help!
